Document Guidelines

To ensure a seamless visa application process with AOS Bali, it's essential to provide high-quality scans of your passport and passport photo. Below are the detailed guidelines to help you prepare and upload these documents correctly.

Passport Scan Requirements
When scanning your passport's main page, please adhere to the following specifications:
  • Full Page Visibility: Ensure the entire passport page is visible, capturing all corners without any cropping.
  • No Obstructions: Do not include fingers, hands, or any objects in the scan.
  • Proper Cropping: The scan should display only the passport page, without any background or edges.
  • Clarity: The image must be sharp, free from blurriness or reflections.
  • Orientation: Submit the scan in a horizontal format.
Note: For certain nationalities, details like the Signature or Place of Birth might not appear on the main page. If this applies to you, please provide an additional scan displaying these particulars.
Passport Photo Specifications
Your passport photo should meet the following criteria:
  • Recent Photograph Taken within the last 3 months.
  • Neutral Expression Maintain a straight face without any expression.
  • Direct Gaze Face the camera directly, capturing a full frontal view.
  • Background Use a plain white or neutral backdrop without any object.
  • Accessories Avoid wearing hats, glasses, or headset.
Tip: A clear selfie against a white wall is acceptable if it meets the above standard.
Uploading Your Documents
To submit your documents:
  • Access the Upload Portal: Log in to your account on the AOS Bali website and navigate to the document upload section.
  • Select Files: Click on the upload button and choose the appropriate passport scan and photo files from your device.
  • Confirm Upload: Ensure each file meets the specified requirements before confirming the upload.
  • Submission: After uploading, submit your application as per the website's instructions.

Important Considerations
To submit your documents:
  • Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival date in Indonesia. Applications with passports nearing expiration will be rejected without exceptions.
  • Document Condition: Ensure your passport is in good condition. Damaged passports (e.g., torn pages, stains) may lead to entry denial upon arrival.
By meticulously following these guidelines, you can help facilitate a smooth and efficient visa application process. If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Adhering to these document standards is crucial for a successful visa application. Non-compliance may result in processing delays or rejection by immigration authorities.
