- Once your application is submitted to immigration, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
- Indonesian immigration reserves the right to reject visa applications without providing a reason (this is rare, but possible).
- We strictly comply with current Indonesian immigration laws. Any policy changes or updates by the authorities may impact your visa outcome or processing time. Refunds are not issued in such cases.

- Delays due to public holidays, system issues, or temporary immigration office closures are beyond our control.
