The E29 Visa extension is available to foreign nationals who:
- Are currently conducting a research project in Indonesia under a valid E29 Visa
- Have an ongoing collaboration or agreement with a registered Indonesian research institution
- Require additional time to complete their approved research activities
- Have continued support from their local guarantor (the Indonesian research institute or host organization)
- Can provide an updated research activity statement or extension request letter from the hosting institution
- Maintain compliance with any additional permit or reporting requirements, such as those from RISTEK-BRIN (if applicable)

- Once your application is submitted to immigration, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
- Indonesian immigration reserves the right to reject visa applications without providing a reason (this is rare, but possible).
- We strictly comply with current Indonesian immigration laws. Any policy changes or updates by the authorities may impact your visa outcome or processing time. Refunds are not issued in such cases.
Processing Delays:
- Delays due to public holidays, system issues, or temporary immigration office closures are beyond our control.
